Actor - Theatre Maker

ABOUT ME
Skye Pagon is a New York based actor, director, writer, mover, and general maker-of-things. She graduated summa cum laude from the NYU Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA in Drama and a minor in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Studies. Her work is primarily focused in classical texts and the re-examining of history and mythology through a contemporary lens.
Recent stage credits include Macbeth and The Great Gatsby with Aquila Theatre Company, A Midsummer Night's Dream, Julius Caesar, and The Love Doctor with The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey, and a woman-led educational tour of Julius Caesar with Stages on the Sound.
She has worked as a director and producer for numerous readings and new play workshops at NYU, the TADA! Youth Theatre, and recently, for the virtual world through Zoom. She serves as a curator for the Hedgepig Ensemble's Expand the Canon initiative: an annual list of curated, classical plays by women, trans, and non-binary people aimed at diversifying the classical canon.
You can find her writing at the Sword & Kettle Press, Dramatics.org, and TheatreTrip.com, to name a few. Her play reviews can be read on Instagram: @ireadthisplay.
She is a proud member of the Hedgepig Ensemble Theatre, and a Philly gal at heart.
